NEW DELHI: The cumulative Covid-19 vaccine doses administered crossed 1.9 crore on Friday night, the forty ninth day of the vaccination drive and information shared by the Centre exhibits that greater than 10.34 lakh vaccine doses had been administered until 7pm.

The vaccination drive started on January 16 and frontline staff had been introduced into its ambit from February 2. The following part of Covid-19 vaccination commenced from March 1 for many who are over 60 and for individuals aged 45 and above with specified co-morbid circumstances.

Of the ten,34,672 vaccine doses given until Friday night, 8,25,537 beneficiaries got the primary dose and a pair of,09,135 healthcare staff and frontline staff acquired their second dose as per the provisional report. Among the many over 10.34 lakh beneficiaries, there have been 5,00,942 aged and 77,325 above 45 years with co-morbidities.
